Terms of Service

1. Service and operator
These Terms are between you and EnglishGo.AI, an independent digital learning service operated by an individual seller (“EnglishGo.AI”, “we”, or “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and learning data
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and protecting your sign-in credentials. Your learning progress belongs to your EnglishGo.AI account. Public nickname, avatar, learning summary, and ranking visibility follow the settings shown in your account; email, payment details, recordings, and raw answers are not displayed publicly.

您应提供准确的账户信息并保护登录凭据。学习进度归属于您的 EnglishGo.AI 账户。公开昵称、头像、学习摘要和排行榜显示以账户设置为准；邮箱、付款资料、录音和原始答题内容不会公开展示。
3. Membership
- Online monthly and annual plans automatically renew until cancelled.
- Prices, billing periods, taxes, and renewal terms are shown before checkout.
- Cancellation stops future renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Membership codes provide prepaid access, are redeemed once, and do not automatically renew.
- Discount codes reduce an eligible checkout price and are not membership codes.
3. 会员
- 在线月付和年付套餐会自动续费，直至取消。
- 价格、周期、税费和续费条件会在结账前显示。
- 取消后不再续扣，通常可使用至当前已付周期结束。
- 会员兑换码属于一次性预付权益，不会自动续费。
- 优惠码只用于符合条件的在线结账，不等同于会员兑换码。
4. Online order processing
When enabled, our online order process will be conducted by Paddle.com as our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle will process payment, applicable taxes, receipts, subscription billing, and eligible refunds under its buyer terms and refund policy.

在线下单开放后，将由授权在线经销商及记录商家 Paddle.com 处理付款、相关税费、收据、订阅扣款以及符合条件的退款，并适用 Paddle 的买家条款和退款政策。
5. Acceptable use and intellectual property
You may use the service for personal learning. You may not resell accounts, misuse membership codes, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape or bulk-download content, or reproduce and redistribute EnglishGo.AI course materials without permission.
Story lessons use public-domain or otherwise lawfully sourced works and include substantial independent adaptation for English learners. EnglishGo.AI’s vocabulary and phrase collections are independently selected, leveled, organized, and rewritten; they are not presented as an official edition of any dictionary publisher. Course structure, explanations, exercises, software, branding, and the images and audio independently created, commissioned, generated under commercial accounts, or otherwise lawfully licensed for the service remain protected to the extent allowed by law. Public-domain source works remain public domain.
5. 合理使用与知识产权
服务仅供个人学习。不得转售账户、滥用会员码、绕过权限、干扰服务、批量抓取下载内容，或未经许可复制传播 EnglishGo.AI 的课程成品。
故事课程使用公版或通过其他合法来源取得的作品，并针对英语学习者进行了大量独立改写。EnglishGo.AI 的词汇和短语体系由本服务独立选取、分级、组织和重写，并不作为任何词典出版商的官方版本。课程结构、讲解、练习、软件、品牌，以及由本服务独立制作、委托制作、通过付费商业账户生成或通过其他合法方式获得授权的图片和音频，在法律允许范围内受到保护；公版原作本身仍保持公版属性。
6. Changes, suspension, and responsibility
We may improve, replace, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts involved in fraud, abuse, security threats, or serious Terms violations. We will use reasonable care in providing the service, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
6. 变更、暂停和责任
我们可能改进、替换或停止部分功能，也可能限制涉及欺诈、滥用、安全威胁或严重违规的账户。我们会合理维护服务，但不保证永不中断。本条款不限制任何依法不得放弃的消费者权利。
